Meet your Trainer

Lucas found his way into personal training while looking for a way to change his own health and fitness. During his own journey working through weight loss, unhealthy habits and with an old injury he was inspired to help others reclaim their physical health. It is his hope to work with people at any level of fitness to meet their goals and realize the change they want is possible.

Goal Orientation

During your initial consultation, we'll conduct a thorough health assessment to understand your medical history, current fitness level, and any specific needs or concerns. Together with your trainer, you'll discuss your personal fitness goals—whether it's improving strength, enhancing mobility, or achieving a healthier lifestyle.

Sessions Begin

Your trainer will guide you through a customized workout plan that can include a mix of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and mobility work, all tailored to your fitness level and goals. Throughout the session, your trainer provides personalized coaching on proper form and technique, offering motivation and adjustments as needed. The session concludes with a cool-down period and stretching to promote recovery and flexibility.

At Choose to Move, every new client begins their fitness journey with a comprehensive consultation session. This initial meeting is designed to understand your unique needs, assess your current fitness level, and set clear, achievable goals.
